I'm 5'3", 33 years old, medium frame (pear shaped) current weight 130.5, trying to get down to 110 -112. I started at 134 which was heavy for me

I do allow myself certain foods once in awhile and in moderation. I could never leave pizza lol if I feel bad about I just work longer at the gym

It's when I eat these is when I go overboard. Especially pizza and wine, I'm an emotional eater

Yes eliminated processed sugar, alcohol, most dairy, white carbs, and fried food I lost 1.5 lb in 2 weeks, it's slow so I'm trying to to be discouraged

Hey guys!! Thanks for all the input!! @Julz519 I hate cardio too!!! Unfortunately I am a pear shape so fat loss is hard for me so I try my best to get as much in!! I have started using the weight machines at the gym though to see if that helps with fat loss

I am trying to eat more protein but I really don't eat much meat. I only went back to eating chicken breast recently and that's it. I do eat beans though, and I was dehydrated I hadn't had any water yet but am now drinking some

Thanks guys! My stomach is growling but instead of healthy choices, just to feel better emotionally I want to eat comforting foods or to at least have something that gives me enjoyment

Thanks guys!!! I usually eat avocados and like some coconut products but when I enter it my calories are done by lunch time! I've been so confused about what to eat I'm trying to lose 20lbs by end of October and this is what MFP told me to stay at (calorie wise)

Thank you! I was a vegetarian and just started eating chicken again for the high protein and low carb diet I am trying .... I will try to increase my fiber :)
