I just disconnected and reconnected and i seem to be back working..

I'm up at 5:15 twice a week, to be at the gym for 6. It's the only time I have on those days. So used to it now it's just normal.

Hi Ladies, I have started back at Stronglifts after doing NROL.. I really struggle getting any improvement on Bench Presses, and failed my last round.. Any tips on how to work on them?! Thanks

Thanks for your help. I have started Strong lifts, and did day 2 today. Going to give it a go, and may look at strong curves if I dont think its working. :)

To get stronger mostly... The standard lose body fat and gain muscle. I try to strength train 3 times a week, and some cardio. I've enjoyed the progressive strength gains of the final sections of nrol. Thanks

Start with small changes. Anything too drastic will mean you're probably less likely to stick to it. With diet MFP will say the calories you should aim for. I would suggest adding in exercise to help tone.. Would you join a gym for more access to weights? Or there are programs that look at just bodyweight exercises that…

38, 5'5, exercise 5 times a week, 4-5 miles a day, weights and circuits. Maintaining about 2100 cals a day. Some days a bit less..

MInes not syncing with mfp either. Added exercise, and done loads of steps, but no exercise adjustment... Glad its not just me...
