I reckon up ur sodium levels and drink plenty of water. Also I have heard caffeine ob keto can induce muscle cramps but doesn't effect everyone. Hope this helps.

Eat as much fat and protien as you want when you start dont stick to the complete macros until cravings have gone soldier through it and I reckon u wont have any cravings people can eat chocolate and crisps infront of me now and im not bothered if you told me thst a couple of months back I would say ur crazy

Keep your protien Intake up and you should be fine I normally weight train 7 days and am still gaining muscle maybe try training separate muscle groups so you dont over train 1 group.

I do weight training 6-7 days a week I find it helps with keeping muscle waisting at bay whilst on keto and I feel great compared to when I used to carb up.
