I have a samsung s6 and the samsung Gear2 Neo watch. The watch syncs with the S-Health on my phone but didn't sync with Fitness Pal, so i downloaded Withings and now it syncs my S-Heath App on my phone (which retrieves data from my watch) to Fitness Pal, loving it!! is this like Atkins? I did that 2 years ago and ended up with what felt like gull stones even though I've had mine removed. seriously had to take meds for about 8 months till the attacks finally stopped

I feel it keeps me full longer as well just wonder if it's a waste of calories on days without exercise, but really if I don't drink it I might get half my protein goal
