wish we could try MFP Premium for a week to test it out. I thought of buying a month buy then if I like it would that monthly payment go towards a yearly subscription? probably not..I think it's too pricey monthly. they should offer at least one month free so we can check it out...

I have it, mainly because I wanted to set my nutritional goals, via grams instead of percentages. For me that makes it worth the price but I can't afford to pay annually upfront, so I am on the monthly plan. Also since I don't want to waste money, knowing that I paid for something; keeps me from quitting.0

The only advantage I see is that you could "bank" your calories. I do that by simply adding a line on Saturdays.
Ex: Banking calories -200.
Whatever calories I save for a day, goes towards my saturday
Grams vs percentages. For what items? I just remember that calcium 1,000 mg is 100%.0 -

Grams vs percentages for carbs, protein, and fat. For example, some people want to set a 110 g goal for protein rather than having the amount vary with their calorie intake.0 -

Or, you could view your weekly totals/averages on diary, nutrition, week view and see your daily weekly averages on the free version.0 -

good point not wanting to waste your money would be a big incentive to use it.0 -
