wish we could try MFP Premium for a week to test it out. I thought of buying a month buy then if I like it would that monthly payment go towards a yearly subscription? probably not..I think it's too pricey monthly. they should offer at least one month free so we can check it out... :)

I know i haven't been eating perfect, but i have never gained weight so fast as in the last 3 months. Wondering about this, i use a bluetooth polar heart rate sensor with their Polar App. and was going to working out to burn fat, but noticed that if i run on the treadmill or go abit harder on the elliptical my heart rate moves into the fitness zone, instead of the fat burning zone...I feel like i'm not working hard enough…

Correlation between eating the goal of fat and energy?
I have felt abit lethargic since tracking my calories and noticed when i look at my fat intake is is at least half as low as it should be...do you think my eating too low of fat contributes too this? I've always tried to eat lowfat, but many on a 1200 calorie diet i need to meet the goal for energy?
