I am used to weighing often. And I play the scale game. Too many times have I lost a couple of pounds and then eased up on my diet and even rewarded myself for doing such a good job. So now, this time I am breaking the habit. Not a bad habit for some but for me! Whoa. I'm planning on weighing on June 19th which is 8 weeks…

Thank you both. I had 4 nut thin crackers which did calm my stomach -- which means it was yelling "feed me" and now it's quiet. It's helpful to know someone is out there and understands. Taking the suggestions with me this evening. Have a good weekend.

Looking for pals in their 70s. Very specific, I know, but I think us "oldies but goodies" share some of the same challenges. OK wise ones, where are you?

This is a great program and works! I remember at first I could hardly get through the one mile walk...and then a year later I was doing 5 miles and looking forward to it. Have fun.

Hi, Is the 3:28 am real? If it is, are you up by choice? I ask this because along with some extra pounds I sometimes don't get enough sleep, and on those days I am so tired I eat more and concentrate less on good food and good choices.

And, I'm taking my dog Sophie with me. After lunch a walk in the park. What a plan. xoxo

Thank you all for your replies. I got this! Chicken Fajitas win...I'll get pico on the side. Allowing it is a big portion, I can take half the fajita home. One corn tortilla but no rice, beans or lettuce. Water, lots and lots of water today. My 2nd day streak is off to a good start.
