I so agree with this!!!! I am an ex-smoker and other behaviors that were not good for my body. I am now lean and fit. I never heard the begging of my family to stop. I tried several times, but NOT until I wanted to stop did I succeed.

Peripheral Neuropathy, is not always permanent. It depends on the cause. Most are permanent. Many can be helped if you can treat the underlying disease, and can improve symptoms with medication.

You are doing great, I walk at least three miles a day. I try to get to 5 miles, but i usually fall a little short. Glad this group can help you. I like this group as well.
