Hey girl ! PCOS and insulin resistance right here! I'm no expert, but what I found works for me is following macros with them adjusted for my IR. so mine are at 40%protein 35% fat 25% carbs. Also I added weight training in and noticed that's helping a lot!

I have PCOS and insulin resistance. I do flexible dieting, with my macros adjusted to account for my IR. low carb high fat high protein. When I switched to this and added weight training I started seeing results. :)

Diet soda has artificial sugars in it that are just as bad as the regular soda. I use caffeine water or SPARK.

You can have great results with the challenge, if you go into it understanding it's a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. If you stick with the plan, and commit, you'll do great.
