I find in the beginning its easier to have 2, maybe 3 easy lunch and breakfast ideas u just rotate. Every day I have soup (homemade) and a slice of bread with a side of raw veg. I dont even need to think or plan. Keep it simple. Breakfast is 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon and a piece of fruit0

If you have a Misfit, Fitbit, or many other devices, you can sync it with MFP automatically and it will adjust your calories accordingly, if you wish.0
