Thanks for the responses everyone. I'll have to admit this is pretty discouraging.. Especially when I've been at this for over a month working really hard. I'm still at a loss especially now not knowing any if any of the machine are accurate.

Hahaha it's a far away dream. It will take a long time to get there. Right now I'm working on eating super clean/ going to the gym 6 days a week. So far so good started just a little over a month ago. Slowly seeing some progress. What are your goals??
