Tina. First rule of thumb to lose weight is eliminate sugar from your diet. You'll be surprised how many foods you eat. convert into sugar. I.e. Carbohydrates into sugars. Which spike your insulin and make it make you insulin resistant, making it very difficult to lose weight. I would research ketovore diet or just start…

Intermittent fasting is a great way to lose weight and get back in shape. However, you need to also be mindful of your diet, so you may want to move towards ketovore or carnivore. Certainly, the more you can limit sugars from your diet and be ultra-low. Carb the quicker, you'll drop the pounds. I currently practice OMAD…

Weighted exercises might be great for maintenance and Cardio creates the needed calories burned to lose weight however nothing can sub for eating clean. When I want to lean out I increase my miles and lower my calories it's an amazing furnace affect. All the cross fit programs are nice however diet is key. Best of luck

I agreed with "Ilovemypitbull" I'm a daily 5k runner with weekend 10 miler and I rarely hit my suggested cal intake but I feel great. Listen to your body, if you feel good and have gas in the tank to run as much as you do and you are maintaining you're doing great! Best of Luck

That said still one of the better wearabletechnology out there that I've tested Best of…

All low carb processed food/bars are a gamble in my opinion My 1st choice would always be eat veggies or lean meat. That said, if your traveling a low carb bar makes a nice "Meal Replacement" key words being Meal Replacement. Best of luck on your journey. I think you'll find a larger majority of people can be very helpful, supporting and even occasionally witty. However, unfortunately you'll always find a few less than polite along the way. Feed off the encouragement ignore the BS.
