I’m stuck at the 200/201 mark, I need some motivation to get out of it!

I have one but I actually didn't think of weighing it to be honest I just checked how many calories they were . I must do that from now.

I don't know exactly the measurements but the pork chop was 141 calories and the chicken was 154.

Well my calories intake for the day is 1780 and I used for the whole day 1180. I had 2 scrambled eggs with kidney beans , lunch I had soup with 30g of pistachio nuts and a apple and then dinner! But my problem is have I had to much for dinner..

Thank you. I've been doing lots of weights training but also cardio but I think the cardio has helped a lot.

At the start I lost a lot because I was weighing 15 stone! Thank you. I've to lose about 3 more stones to be at my target weight and reach a healthy bmi.

I get what you mean by the stomach photo. I'm not in my place with my full mirror . I started at 210lbs/15stone and as of last week I was 14stone 5.6lbs I've not weighed myself this week yet . So I don't know what I weigh.

Thank you . I just wanted to know if this is ok . I did the low carb diet before and I lost 2 stones in about 2 months and my weight loss was rapid . But I just wanted to know is it all water weight or a bit of fat too. At the start of the week I was 15 stone and I'm now 14st 7.5lbs
