I've just got my results back for my maths exam and I haven't done well at all ... I feel like crap and I just want to go to the shop buy all the sweets I can because at this time I feel like *kitten* . I really don't want to do this.. Anyone on a low carb diet?
So I'm on a low carb diet. When I joined MFP I changed my carb intake to 25g per day I was finding that hard because of nuts, yoghurt and fruits I was eating but usually I'd like go over my carb intake by 56g so I I'd have about 86g of carbs . I've changed my carb intake to 150g is that ok?

So I've logged in MFP for over 20 days and I think on Monday it was 20/25 days I can't remember. But for some reason it's reset its self and its I've only only logged for 5 days . Does anyone know why this is? Thanks
