So I have been on my journey for almost 2 months now I'm pretty proud that I've kept going but every time I get on the scales and see that pound or two go I'm more determined each time . I have got 2 more pounds to go before I lose one stone . The first picture I was smiling but I was sad deep down my chin was bearly visible and my neck was just a roll of fat basically and my dimples that everyone loved could hardly be seen . I took a picture of myself smiling and I feel super happy that my chin is actually visible and neck . s93x44ji8up4.png
I never take full length pictures of myself going out because I just feel ugly but I took one for Halloween and I see a difference the first fullish picture was almost 2 months ago and the second was last weekend. I know these are only minor changes but I feel they motivated me to keep going .

    It is amazing how losing weight can change the way a face looks. We all expect our bodies to change..but almost everyone in the sucess forum looks like a better version of themselves after they lose some pounds. You are a beautiful girl…keep up the great work and be proud of your progress. :)
