Hello! Sorry to hear about that. Have you seen your doctor for antidepressants? There are apps where you can download audiobooks. You could get one of those and listen to a book while you walk.

For dinner I eat a salad first and I don't have sides like mac n cheese or mash potatoes. It's usually salad and then the meat.

I read that standing burns more calories than sitting :) But I don't know of any exercises you could do. We don't have trains here.

I use my tracker for motivation and add my exercise manually. Sometimes trackers aren't very accurate. I have fribromyalgia and if I don't move the arm my tracker is on it won't count it so I just use it more for motivational purposes to get off my butt.

I weigh everyday to keep me on track and I don't let the fluctuation bother me.

Hi! I'm Tonya and I'm new as well. It's nice to meet people with fibromyalgia. People that don't have it don't understand how bad you hurt and how limited your activities are.

I totally understand how you feel. There are some days I would just like to cry, I hurt so bad. There's another post in here regarding a low carb diet that helps. You should check that post out.

I will have to look into the low carbs. Anything that helps with fibromyalgia is worth a shot to me. Thank you for the info.
