To be honest, if you're extremely heavy you can probably be okay eating 16-1800 calories. Especially if you don't feel hungry or feel the need to eat more. I'm also a college student! And while I was fat before I came to college, the dining hall certainly hasn't made it easy to lose weight. I log every day and would be more than willing to support if you want to add me!

I also have over a hundred pounds to lose! You can definitely add me if you want! It's so hard for me to stick to healthy eating and a normal exercise schedule as a student but I'm trying to make it work!

Technically yes you could. As long as you're eating less calories than you're burning the calories you eat could be entirely chocolate or what have you. It's not healthy and you probably won't feel great but you will lose weight.
