I'm currently doing morning meltdown 100. I think I'm on day 18. I just had carpal tunnel surgery yesterday so I have to take a few days off, then I have the okay to use light weights (no more than 5 lb).

Hi. goal one is to be able to run / jog for a long. Of time. right now I jog one minute walk 3 and repeat.. Goal 2 to be able to wear a one piece bathing suit without worrying about my stomach pouch... Goal 3. login on MFP 100 days in a row and so on.

Wow guys! thank you so much! My goal is 45 / 50 pounds to lose. I'm at my highest I ever been And this winter did not help I live in Ohio and the winter weather kept me unmotivated. thank you all for the positive feedback! I see people becoming friends on here how do you become a friend?

that is awesome! Exercise is important, what kind of exercises are you doing and how many minutes a day would you say you put into your exercise? I'm just now getting in the car do or long walks.
