go to Pintrest and search low carb and gluten free recipes. I make Cream Cheese Rolls: so good 63 calories and 1 carb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. They are great toasted. Anyway you can get loads of ideas. Good luck, Linda

Mary, I hear you about wine. it lowers my resistance and I make a pig of myself. since I am counting carbs, I could just count it but I always go for a second glass. It is best for me to stay away. Breakfast can be an Atkins vanilla shake in coffee. I start every day with 2 cups and I save the left over shake for iced coffee in the afternoon. Very interesting... I have been eating low carb most of my life and I found it is very hard to get to Ketosis anymore. This article gives me a clue why my weight loss has slowed. I wish it would have went further and gave a solution. Thanks for sharing.

I lost weight with LCD a couple of years ago and my face sunk and sagged for awhile but it went back to normal as my body adjusted to the loss. Bat wings are another story, don't think there is an answer to that. I guess I will just sag and be healthy!
