I go straight to the gym after work before I go home. I know if I go home first I'm not going to the gym. I'm not getting up early. I work 13 hr shifts and still go to the gym after work. Great progress setting a goal to lose 15 lbs. As I always say, large goals are to be broke down into mini goals. Congrats on your progress with your 90 day challenge. Keep increasing 2 days and you will soon be on your 90 th day. I will add you to the challenge.

Sorry guys I haven't checked in for two days. Monday I was able to get 3 miles in. Yesterday I walked 2 miles. I've been drinking less water than usually. Let's see what today has in store for me....
