1200 is no problem as long as you make sure you get all your minerals, vitamins etc in. I'm on 1200-1309 cals since years. Maybe being vegan makes it easier for me to bulk to make sure i get everything i need. Sometimes i eat less, sometimes i eat more, but most of the time stay between 1200 and 1300. I feel great, not…

I weigh all my food.
-
Yep. That's correct. I went from 1280 for 0.25kg to 1485. Still need a lot of preplanning to get to those 1485.
-
I'm scared too. I decided to go into maintenance three days ago, because i got fed up with not losing anymore on my 1200 cals. I gained 1kg over christmas and i'm still not back where i was before christmas, so maintenance for me is a kind of holiday from trying to lose weight. I yo yo per day at the moment. That can be as…

Vegan here. Raw when i feel i'm in the mood. You can add me if you like.
-
That would be a great achievement. I was 78.8 kg in july 2014. I'm now between 67.5 and 68.5. Final goal is 66 kg, so i'm very close to goal and that takes oodles of time.
-
Vegan for 8 years. Before that vegetarian for a while. You can add me if you want.
-
In the Netherlands that's 0.8 gram PER KILO bodyweight, not per pound, so it all depends where you live.
-
Jippieeee. Under the 150 lbs. That's where I was before Christmas, so back on track. 3 lbs to go or thereabout. Starting weight: 173.72 (July 2014) Feb target: anything under 150 Goal weight: 145.5 weight in: 1 feb: 150.35 8 feb: 150.35 15 feb: 150.13 22 feb:148.8 28 feb: Total loss Feb:

I think I'll convert to pounds. I looks much better in pounds than in kg.
-
100 gram off. Wow. What a result, but it's a loss. 67 kg was probably too optimistic at the beginning of the month. I think I have to be happy if I get anywhere under 68. I think I'm going back to weigh-in every day and at the end of the week take the average. Starting weight: 78.8 kg (July 2014) Current weight: 68.2 kg…
-
Still nice a 2 pound loss and the month is not over yet. Anything can happen.
-
Congratulations with your birthday and you still lost weight. Well done you.
-
Tomorrow weight day. I didn't lose anything last week, so on advice from an mfp friend, i started to do a zig zag with my calls. One day high, a few days low etc. It's scary but something has to done to get stuff moving again.
-
What a disappointment. Utterly devastated. Nothing. NOTHING off last week and I so stuck to the regime. MFP has put me back on 1200 cals now instead of the 1280, and that for 0.25kg a week. Not even 0.5kg. I'm afraid that 1200 is going to be my maintenance level. Starting weight: 78.8 kg (July 2014) Current weight: 68.2 kg…

Depends where you live i think. In europe we have 1 gram per kilo bodyweight. I'm Dutch so keep the europe figure.

Hi. I'm vegan for quite some years. You can addme as friendif you want, so you can see my diary. I have only 5 pounds to go to goal, but struggle already for half a year to get those of. Anybody else who would like to be friends just let me know. I'm on here everyday.

30 gram oats 1 cup almond milk 150 gram soy yoghurt 100 gram fresh fruit 10 gram pea proteine powder. leave in the fridge overnight and blend in the morning.
-
I'm vegan for 6 years after being vegetarian, but i gained weight hence I'm here. There are way to many lovely raw and vegan baking recipes flying over the Internet.
-
Hoe do you get all your protein without the vegan junk? I'm on 1280 calls and just take the linda McCartney sausages for extra proteine.
-
What a great list. If you don't mind I'll print it. I'm plantbased too.
-
Well. I've never done this before, but maybe it will help me too if i have friends. People can add me if they don't mind that I'm vegan.
-
A make week plans.
-
I think it depends on the exercise you're doing. I'm from the Netherlands, and here we calculate 1 to 1.5 gram per KILO bodyweight. Not 1 gram per pound. I'm 68kg and eat around that amount of proteïne.
-
pea protein, hemp protein. You can put it in almost anything. 10gr of pea protein powder gives you 8.2 gr protein against 35 kcal.
-
Smoothie. mine at the moment: oats pea proteine almond or soy milk soy yoghurt fresh fruit Put in blender. Leave overnight in fridge and blend in the morning. Quick, simple and nutritious.
-
Make a smoothie with it. I do 30 gram oats 150 gram yoghurt 1 cup milk 10 gram pea proteine 100 gram fresh fruit.

OK, Went on the scales tomorrow. I had secretly hoped of course that it would be under the 68kg, but alas. In the mirror it looked so good, and the measurements are still good. 41"-31"-41". That won't change much with the last few kg to go. Starting weight: 78.8 kg (July 2014) Current weight: 68.2 kg Feb target:67 kg Goal…

30gr oats 150 ml soy yoghurt 1 cup almond milk 10 gr pea proteine 100 gram fresh fruit. Put in the blender the night before and leave overnight in the fridge. Blend in the morning. It's nice and creamy.
