So, needless to say, I went over a bit on my calories today. But come on! One must celebrate being alive for another year with chocolate cake! Pretty sure it's a requirement. Lol
I'll make up for it tomorrow. I may not have the loss I want by next week, but oh well. It's one day and I had to enjoy every part of it!

What a disappointment. Utterly devastated. Nothing. NOTHING off last week and I so stuck to the regime. MFP has put me back on 1200 cals now instead of the 1280, and that for 0.25kg a week. Not even 0.5kg. I'm afraid that 1200 is going to be my maintenance level.

Happy with this. Struggled lately - I always gain around a certain time of month and struggle to stay on the diet when I don't see results but feeling more positive now that there is a drop again7

Keep your head up! Stick worth your plan, the weight will come off. Be patient. Last week was my first decent loss since mid-November, but I've lost inches, have more energy, feel better & move easier!

January was like that for me. Only lost .5 the entire month, but I'm going to give it one more month before I make any drastic changes. Also thinking hard about an inch loss goal and fat percentage as opposed to weight. Hang in there!!4 -
