    My biggest issue is getting enough exercise. I have a desk job, I'm over 65, and it is winter here. Oh yes, and I hate gyms. My puppy is my favorite exercise equipment. We walk 2-3 miles at a time when the winter weather allows. I will dust off my exercise bike this month.

    We can do it.

    What diabetes prevention program did you use? I'm just starting one - I wonder if it's the same one?
