I felt like that tonight. I got on the stationary bike and did 50 calories and had to stop to walk around and drink some water. My legs hurt and I just didn't feel like it. But I figured if rather be uncomfortable for 45 mins than not lose this weight so I finished my 500 calories. This app helps a lot. It's easier to stay…

Im trying to lose my baby weight. I was 105 pre pregnancy and now I'm 127. I want to lose the weight to feel better about myself. I want to be healthier so I can always keep up with my daughter and be there for her in every way!

Tuna mixed with cream cheese and diced olives with a little of the olive juice. It's really good. I think it's a Paula dean recipe It's not spicy but when I eat It I always put either sriracha or hot sauce on it :)

I'm making egg roll in a bowl tonight. It's just ground pork with lots of veggies in it all cooked together. It's good with sriracha on it.
