I used to be hypoglycemic, I've even passed out on a full commuter train because of it! I used to just eat something sugary to pick me back up but as you know that doesn't last. When I finally upped my protein a lot, those symptoms went away. I aim for about 100g a day.

I think having an open diary is what keeps me the most accountable! Like "oh no, if I eat this cookie, that'll put me over and everyone else will see it!" :blush: Anyone feel free to add me! I like seeing what other people eat too.

My diary is open, feel free to add! I used to have a problem with overeating (boredom/anxiety triggers in addition to feeling like I can't waste any food because my family grew up poor) but I now eat more veggies and high-protein foods to keep me going longer!

Unless it's a cheat meal, I just go without the heavy carbs since they can be really calorie-dense. Obvious choice would be a salad but that can be boring! So I look at the entrees, find one I like and ask to substitute the starch for another veggie. Definitely check out the menu ahead of time and see if they have…
