For those asking what I took away or learned from this. It's that not to ask questions here. Those that did try to help thank you I sincerely appreciate it. Your are right there are some WONDERFUL people in the thread trying to help and I thank them for it. However there are some for whatever reason that feel the need to be I guess what they are. If it makes them feel good fine I'd wish they rather not troll the thread.

Again how am I arguing? I answered the questions being asked at the best of my ability, yet you for some reason feel superior to add your "suggestions". No I'm not losing weight hence the post? However I understand its just how theme is around here.

How am I promoting an unhealthy diet? This is what I eat. Again assumptions is all that is to be made here. I figured 2 months was enough to see something move in the right direction. Hence why I came here to the"experts" now I understand its a mistake. A mod can close this thread I'm done here.

Wow some of your are just down right nasty. I really don't understand is that the mentality here? Belittle, berate and call names? Saying "I'm a carnivore" means I just tend to eat more meat and protein than anything else.

As someone mentioned its a standard glass now I know 8oz. Its the size of my hand. I leave bone in but skin the meat feed it to the dogs. I'm not exactly sure of when I've always been a light eater, but I really wanted to focus when I uploaded the app in March I believe.

Yes its an 8oz glass. I only eat one or two thighs a day even I don't know how I would weigh it on the package it states one thigh is 110 calories. I cook them in 1 tablespoon of grass feed butter( the only thing I do measure lol)

Since I downloaded the MPF app about two months ago now.

I tried fruit but it just made me crave sugar I actually feel better without it. Veggies to me are rabbit food. The only veggie I've cooked has been Broccoli (sp) but it always causes inflammation. Plus I'm a carnivore at heart.

I'm not really that active I had a desk job so I try to get some exercise in at work when I have an opportunity. Its just a standard glass cup. The chicken thighs come in a package I just take one skin it, cook it and eat it. The eggs I just take however many I'm going to use. I don't understand how I can measure that?

I take magnesium citrate to get things moving down there when the pips clog up ( not to be gross) Nothing else seems to work.

I Maybe because I like it?? I've eaten on "diet plans" far more restrictive than my normal eating. Its just what I like I can eat the same things everyday and not get tired of it.

Yeap love my raw milk. I'll have a glass in the morning and sometimes in the evening. But mostly water, I HATE soda's.

Yes. Every now and again I'll get "adventurous" and add 2 or three strips of bacon. Other than that its my meal. And as we speak I'm enjoying two farm fresh eggs. :)

No I do not weigh my food. I just eat 6 or 7 eggs a day and add a chicken thigh ( skinned) to my breakfast or my dinner.

LOL Yes! I know people say not to do it but it worries me if I don't I also record my food journey and weight on my calender. Some days its great to see the numbers go down others day yeah I feel like the HULK, especially when I eat "good"
