Thanks amyrebecca - so you think I should redo week 2 and go slower next week when on week 3? I keep trying to remind myself that speed will come with time but found 3 minutes of jogging really difficult today x

I'm 15lbs in 16 days - presuming mostly water weight first week as only 3lbs last week which is my target x I've added you, hope that's ok

Hi :smile: Mine is open, have no idea how to add friends but feel free to add me. I don't like veg and work full time with three kids so find it difficult to prepare meals so rely on a lot of soups etc xx

That's amazing :) I really hope this makes me happy! I've hid behind the 'baby weight' excuse too long lol. What exercise are you doing? I've found a new love for walking and been on cross trainer every night but getting a little boring! Xx

I have 1 cheat day - I'm good all day and then have a drink (usually vodka and diet lemonade!) and a takeaway - I think it's important to have a night off exercising and to let your hair down a bit :) Feel like crap in the morning though lol

Sugar and fruit - an apple and a yoghurt for breakfast and I had used up 70% of my sugar intake for the day :open_mouth:

Thanks everyone. First day has went well. I'm worried about getting the right level of calorie intake - I've still got 800 calories to use up :neutral: For those that calorie count, how many calories are you trying to have each day? I have tried to add some of you but it's asking me for your names so not sure how I do that…
