I have 2 suicide attempts in the past, one recent, due to my depression. But besides that I think I'm doing great so far, Im down 65 pounds, dieting and walking 15-30 minutes when I do excercise. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I'm prepared for it. Anyone on here feel free to add me! This is a great post btw, Aly!

You CAN do it. Just by dieting, and even if you just start walking 15-30 minutes a day, you'll be surprised!

Thanks for all the words of encouragement guys. I truly appreciate it. I'm gonna call around(or at least have my Dad call)to a couple of gyms today to see about getting a personal trainer to help me get the rest of this unwanted weight off and help me get in shape. You guys think it'd be worth it, or would I be better off…

I wanna lose fat gain muscle and be a beast but don't know if I can. Im down 66.5 lbs already but in a rut due to depression. Thinking about getting a personal trainer, would it be worth it?
