Rage against the Machine. 'Killing in the name of' is my favorite, but I have a bunch. It's fast, it's angry, and it yells. perfect to push me further in my workout. It also helps me get some of my frustration and anger out. (I might be an angry person, not sure.)

What works for me is filling up at least half of my plate with vegetables. If I eat the veg first, I get full faster and stay full longer. I've cut out everything but fruits, veg, meat, nuts/seeds. Avoid wheat, potatoes, pasta, white rice, sugar and dairy. Drink at least 90 Oz of water a day, 10,000 steps, and be as active as possible. Also avoid anything processed.
