Thank you. I just got really frustrated because he was so negative. But all of you have been great. For now the workout videos help me. Thank you.

People think P90x or Insanity are easy because they are videos but they aren't. My brother just really frustrated me. Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you. It was just really frustrating to hear him say that. My goal is to keep moving. Very good point, he doesn't have his degree in exercise science. Lol.

Thanks!! I have been doing an elliptical but it's boring so I always try to do something different too. I will more than likely add a bike later but I'm overweight and I'm trying to start slow. I get out of breath fast so I am trying to start slow and just move. If that makes sense.

Thanks!! I mean don't get me wrong I know some of those videos are stupid but some of them are hard. Yoga isn't easy and Piyo isn't easy. And yes I should walk more but I was trying to keep it different so I wouldn't get burned out.

Okay thanks. You are so sweet

Thanks! I'm trying hard not to give up but I'm discouraged. Thanks for your kind words.

Thanks everyone. I am really leaning towards a Fitbit. I want the heart rate monitoring. Thanks again.

I will be using it a lot for exercise, heart rate, and sleep. I have looked at the surge and it has way too much and I didn't need all the access stuff. I think the other devices would work well for me even with other exercises besides walking.

Well I want it to track my heart rate. In all honesty that is becoming my biggest issue. I can find something g to track my sleep, food, and steps but I am having trouble tracking my heart rate. I'm not trying to be picky. I just need help with that.

I have always been interested in barre classes but always thought they required a bar of some kind. Will look into it.

I need something that requires me be off my feet less than the elliptical. Once I get back to where I can do that stuff than that will be what I do.

Honestly my main goals are to lose weight and be healthy. There isn't much else to it. Right now walking isn't an option because I need to be off them as much as possible. I already have an index of what my feet and ankles can do and until the doctor figures out what's going on there isn't much I can do on them.

As I stated in my post I m having feet issues so I need low impact and to be off of them as much as possible. Thanks but walking isn't much of an option.

Someone suggested piyo and yoga.
