I would love help, I Crossfit 3- 4 times a week, I don't do heavy weight, since I have lower back problems and I want to be carful, I need to lose 20lbs, and so far I only lost 2 lbs (in 20 days).

I've been Paleo on/off for few years, and I think it's fantastic, first time I tried it I lost 20lbs. First week is the hardest , you'll crave sugar but after that you'll do fine. I think it's best way to eat. I'm back on Paleo again and not looking back.
