Any Canadian foodies looking for support? My hand is up.

Of course it's not a prerequisite to be Canadian but have you noticed that there are certain brands of food or spices that are unique to our region. I'm from Toronto and I know there are recipes galore that have ingredients we can only get in the great white north. I love to cook...and want to cook healthier and I want to share those recipes.
