  • I was eating pretty bad just to get the calories in that i needed. Like burgers and fires. But im looking for a better way to eat because i dont want to be working out one day and have a heart attack. So im trying to eat less fast food and more food i can cook at home. My diet isn't really restricted. I can't do a lot of…
  • Thank you for this
  • Thank you peanut butter is huge in my diet and i eat it all the time. My issue is i get full really fast so i have a hard time consuming lots of food. I've been this way my whole life. Plus im eating a 4100 calorie diet. Which is way more then reamended but its they only way i can gain weight.
  • Awesome. Thanks everyone.
  • I don't know what the other posts say but from personal experience i thought i was eating a lot and it turns out i wasn't. This app helped me track my calories and i was able to gain 30+ pounds. Im stuck in my small frame and thats okay i just want to add the weight safely, naturally, and as healthy as possible which is why its been takikg so long. Any advice will be taken to heart.
  • I am 6'2" and i was at 170 but if its a myth like the othr person said that would be great. It was always so hard to gain the weight. More them likely i just was eating less then i thought. And thank you
  • I've gained 22lbs since i started this weight gaining process. Its been a long and brutal process for a hardgainer. Good luck.
  • Eat, eat, and eat some more. Don't worry about gaining a little fat while bulking especially with that amount of weight gain. Lift a lot with in reason of course. Track your progress on a daily basis it will seem tedious at times but thats the best way for you to keep track of what works and what doesn't. Most importantly…
