Thank you peanut butter is huge in my diet and i eat it all the time. My issue is i get full really fast so i have a hard time consuming lots of food. I've been this way my whole life. Plus im eating a 4100 calorie diet. Which is way more then reamended but its they only way i can gain weight.

I would focus on bulking up or toning. It's hard to do both at the same time. When I first started to bulk I added shakes to my diet. Thank you. I am a very slim build even with the weight gain and im tall 6'2". Im just looking to get bigger over all. Im stuck in my small frame and thats okay i just want to add the weight safely, naturally, and as healthy as possible which is why its been takikg so long. Any advice will be taken to heart.

Eat, eat, and eat some more. Don't worry about gaining a little fat while bulking especially with that amount of weight gain. Lift a lot with in reason of course. Track your progress on a daily basis it will seem tedious at times but thats the best way for you to keep track of what works and what doesn't. Most importantly…
