Tips my goal is to be 195lb I'm currently 160lbs

    eat in a caloric surplus of 250 t0 500 calories a day.
    get on a structured lifting program like wendlers, PHUL, etc.
    make sure that you meet macro minimums and get adequate nutrition; however, don't be afraid of calorie dense foods like bagels, pasta, ice cream, etc.

    35lb weight gain could take years if not wanting to put on fat! Very slight surplus and get on a good proven program.

    Eat, eat, and eat some more. Don't worry about gaining a little fat while bulking especially with that amount of weight gain. Lift a lot with in reason of course. Track your progress on a daily basis it will seem tedious at times but thats the best way for you to keep track of what works and what doesn't. Most importantly find out what works for you with diet and exercise. No one is the same. Try different things. If you eat and lift you'll gain the weight you want. Be patient good luck.
