I gathered as much thank you. When I said I would choose a stop time at night in my previous reply I meant that it was a good idea. One that I would like to see if it would help me maintain my calorie goal as well.

I hired a personal trainer years ago who said your body hasn't eaten for over eight hours and you need eat within 30 mins of waking to start your metabolism or your body will go into starvation mode. She said you would lose muscle vs. fat and she called it skinny fat.

I will try those bras thanks! And the number isn't important to me anymore because at 150 lbs I look sickly where most people feel heavy. I need too lose weight though because I am tired a lot and my knees hurt from the extra weight.

To be honest I think the weight is in my bra lol. I wear a 36 J US bra size in uk 36GG. I have Chronic back pain and it makes exercising a lot harder! When I was 160lbs I was down to a 36 DD.

The only thing I did differently was stop tracking food crazy! And I am tracking now but go over and then jog to get back in range I have a Fitbit to help now too.

Thanks it does help! I usually try to eat at home and organic but occasionally I go out and get what I like. I will just keep things simple and see how that goes.

Try magnesium it really helped me I don't crave sugar like I used too (wanting something sweet after EVERY meal). Now I just have a few bites and I'm good.
