The calculator is not accurate and says nothing about the site cuz its impossible to give you the right stats per person. Wear a hrm and you know for sure ;)

lol i know the feeling, ive been working my *kitten* off for 3 weeks, eating and drinking healthy and i lost 4,4lbs, 62lbs to go, those 3 weeks already felt like eternity :#

I guess it works the same for gaining weight, there is no fast solution! Calculate what you need for your stats and eat +500 cals or maybe even 1000 on top of what you eat now to start with and see how this goes for 6 months. Dont add a title with that you tired of everything though

:D :D @ceoverturf I dont drink soda's either, i only drunk em when i was still drinking alcohol and ofc, not everything on the internet is the truth, in that you are right but Alot of different websites explain why diet soda's are bad for you and they are backed with studies and i know still that doesnt mean its the truth…

Thnx for the tips and advice all. @ceoverturf Cant remember as i browse tons of websites a day but i doubt any diet drink is healthier than water, it might also have 0 cals but tons of bad things to find about diet soda and not so much about water.

I dont agree completely with you, i find it better to cut out certain things as some things have better benificial effects than others. And drinking water will help you lose fast than lets say diet coke :) if i dont drink enough water my liver wont be able to keep up the fatburning. ( i read somewhere today)

I do drink Alot of water nowadays, about 4 liter a day incl. a few cups of tea. Was craving so bad for soda's last week but this week is actually pretty good, rarely have cravings.

Bedankt Thnx for the test, i eat 2/3 pieces of fruits a day but thats pretty much the only sugar i take, result of the test was i eat 1 lump (5gr) a day, according to that website the who says the max for a male is 12,5 lumps and recommand 6 :D so i guess im good

I've decided to drop Insanity because its just to intense for my current state, i will finish T25 and went to the gym for weigtlifting outside the opening times as i have the key and the boss is ok with it. In my country we dont have all that great outdoor programs and such and i already started it so i am going to finish it, already didnt finish so many things, i AM going to do this, its just hard and i just needed to blow off some steam :) (hate walking btw unless its in nature which we dont have alot here)

I know, you are right, i just need to stay focused but as i am alone, (no fam and such) its hard to stay the course sometimes but determinated just having starter problems because im in such a bad shape i guess.

I know but currently i am dealing with a injury which is keeping me off the lifting and i must admit, i dont feel comfortable at the moment to be in the gym, so thats why im hitting the HIIT so i lose weight and let my injury gradually heal

I enjoy none B) Just as drinking water&tea all day and eating clean but have to pull through, maybe when im in shape i might enjoy it a tiny bit. Hate cycling! Rather take the motorcycle >< Dont know if you hate something you wont do it, so far im doing it for the cause :) but not liking it at all gheghe
