From couch to 15 mile bike rides

from a 23st 9 guy who ate rubbish no exercise couch potato to now second week in 23st 5 and now doing bike rides up to 15 miles daily eating the best fresh veg / foods counting the calories ( I'm lapping the guys sat on the couches / beer gardens )

    23st9lb is 150,14kg or 331lbs

    Cycling 15miles of the bat like that seems a bit much to start with but hey, if you think you can keep it up, have fun with it

    Started with 4/5 miles then increased to 8 and today just done 15.3

    My experience is that its hard to maintain such stats afters just a week but nevertheless take me hat off for you sir cuz i hate cycling long distances so i know how hard it is but then again i am currently doing T25 and insanity max30 and hate those too :D

    I average a 3-5 lb drop each week doing insanity original and been on that that streak since the 5th of july. Way to go with the drop! I'm sure there's more to come
