More weights less cardio. It won't get rid of fat but I do Russian twist and standing side crunches. Hammers and an ab roller. This is my trouble area as well but I am finding that more muscle building is helping better than walking and running was. 12 to 20 mins of HIIT if u need it. Hope this helps.

I feel the same... I used to want to be thinner but I like my curves. Currently at 146 looking to be about 120- 125 but fit.

4"11 and I just started but I come to realize that I was eating a lot more than I should. I was surprised when I started counting. I thought u was doing great. Add me and ill let you know how I did in a week.
