  • Hey, I'll be on your team. I would like to lose 50 more lbs. I've been working out and watching my food for about 2 1/2 months. Only lost 10 lbs. So i just joined a boxing training gym. I LOVE it. Approximately 500 kals in 30 min.
  • I know exactly how you feel. This is my 4th week and I am just now starting to see the number drop on my scale. Hang in there.
  • From my experience and I am no expert. You need to do cardio at least 3-4 times per week. I am 5'4" and my calorie intake is 1200/day for 2 lbs/week. Just my opinion. I am by no means a professional.

  • Thanks for all the great feedback. I drink a protein shake for breakfast due to my busy schedule. I race to work and get involved with my job immediately. Suddenly, I realize that I haven't eaten breakfast and go to lunch starving. The shake I make using a nutribullet has greens and fresh fruit in it and is very filling.…

  • I'd like to lose 60 lbs total. I'm drinking protein shakes morning and lunch. Today my hunger was better. Maybe the first week is tougher. I will keep trying. Thanks for the feedback.

  • I agree. According to my age and weight goal of 2 lbs/week, my calorie intake is 1200. When I eat fruit, I go over my sugar goal. Veggies have too many carbs. Urgggg
