16:8 Intermittent fasting
I'm on a keto diet and tried 16:8 Intermittent fasting today. It went wonderful and I wasn't hungry at all. Does anyone else have any experience with IF?

Planks for Stength?
Hey I would like to add strength training. I don't belong to a gym, but I was guessing Planking is strength training I can do at home. Was is the best kind of strength training without equipment?

Fair Food and Concerts
I had a bad day. I went to the fair and had junk food. Greasey french fried and funnel cake didn't really taste good, but I ate it. Must be the smell and memories of my childhood. I went to see Boston in concert too. Danced and jumped around the entire show. How many calories do you think I burned during the 3 hour show?

I'm on day 2. I am feeling hungry and have to hold back from throwing in the towel. My daily intake is 1200 cal. I've been making protein shakes and eating vegetables. This afternoon I decided to eat celery with PB. What is a good snack and what can I do about my hunger.

Please give me feedback concerning protein shakes. I am drinking shakes 2 times daily with a good sensible meal too. What are the pros and cons to using shakes? Kickstart for weight lose?
