I’m also a sugar junkie and its so hard to leave it alone and diet drinks too back in 2015 I lost a lot of weight it seems everytime I weigh it goes up any suggestions?

When I weigh it's usually 172 or 171

I get discouraged if I weigh once a week and the number don't change when I started my fitness pal I lost 30 pounds and over a year I gained 15 back my weakness is sugar if I don't eat some kind of sugar everyday then when I do get some I can't stop eating it

I have been in the 167 168 since June of last year I'm 59 5'3 I do weigh some foods but not all and I do log everything

I started mfp in 2014 and lost 30 pounds and then in June of last year I lost my job and gained 10 pounds back I'm 59 5'3 and 166 my problem is sugar anyone have any suggestions My Matainance calories are 1600

I lost my job in June and I did a lot of walking maybe 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day so now I'm not walking like I use to and I'm still on the diet but I'm home all the time with my grandson I eat healthy but it's the sugar I crave.

I do eat less I stay within my calorie number which is 1300 I walk on the treadmill everyday for 20 minutes my problem is sugar I can't go without it and ideas on going sugar free ?
