Add friends. I've plateaued until recently. Now, I've a couple of "friends" this week and really am improving.

Definitely recommend a store that checks your gait. My latest is asics gel cumulus 16.

I used it for a week. It works great. And only returned it because I was also looking for something to monitor sleep but didn't want to wear it in bed.

I had a couple of friends but they quit using the app. I've plateaued over the past few months. Encouragement really works.

Start slowly. Enter every calorie consumed. Walk every day. Run if you're a runner. Don't overdue and burn out in the first week.
