well we tried to start a group but I couldn't get to in on my phone app easily so it fizzled. Now that it's easy to get to with the updates I wanna get back in the swing of things & recommit to weight loss b/c I need to. What are some tips anyone had to get back in the groove of weight loss & fitness?

Start slowly. Enter every calorie consumed. Walk every day. Run if you're a runner. Don't overdue and burn out in the first week.0
