Your doing great! You got this!!! I'm trying to lose 40lbs I just had a baby so it's very challenging for me. I started drinking lots of water (at least half my body weight) and eating small meals/snacks to boost my metabolism. Best of luck to u! Xoxo

Hey YOU GOT THIS! Try to drink water ( at least half your body weight) I do that now. That's about 5 1/2 16oz bottles of water for me through out the day. And try to eat 6 small meals/ snacks through out the day this will help boost your metabolism. Best of luck! Xoxo
