Hi everyone,

I've just joined MFP as have two stone to lose. I'm vegetarian and from the UK. I have been following Weight Watchers, and have lost weight, but as I no longer find the meetings motivating I've decided to join here for support instead.

    Hi! Keep going your health is depending on u! This is what I tell myself. After I had my baby, I lost 20lbs I want to lose 40 more. And I need my blood pressure to go back to the norm! So I go to the gym and do workouts for a hour ( no pain no gain) and I drink lots of water (half my body weight) and I try to eat 5-6 small meals/snacks a day to help boost my metabolism.     Hi Amy! I love MFP I've lost nearly 40 and have kept it off for a few years now. Logging my food, daily, is the key *no matter what I eat*. I'm looking for vegetarian buddies, as I'm considering making the shirt to veg, myself. :)

    Thanks for the replies. The last week since I joined MFP has gone really well- healthy eating & gym visits.
