I own a food scale already. I usually don't have time to scale everything out. I'll just make time. :)

Ok thank you. I don't have that much left to lose. I should start weighing my food, I'm usually pretty busy and don't have time. I guess I'm just impatient with my body.

I've been stuck at the same weight for about a month. Well it's weird, I'll weight less and then back to the same weight. I haven't seen any significant change in my weight. I know this doesn't just happen over night. I do not scale everything I eat.

I'm calorie counting and hitting under my goals but I have to watch my sodium and sugar intake. Which I'm monitoring how much I consume now.

Fitness blender is pretty awesome. They have so many workouts, they show you how to do each exercise and a calorie counter too.

I feel like I have a lot of excuses. Haha I really do try. I completely stopped for over a year and I hate myself for stopping.

@arditarose I want to be back to the weight I was before I left the military and have the same lean/fit body. I also used to run long distances. I enjoy lifting for the toning. I thought about joining a program but can't find one that I can fit into my budget.

I use fitness blender on YouTube, I walk my dog, jog, and my 15lb weights. It's hard to stick to it because I get caught up in school projects and job searching. Excuses I know but I try.
