  • I have a Golds indoor bike. You can you IFIT to give you different workouts. It has quite a few different festures paid $300 on sale about a year ago.Also can hook up your ipod to it. Just moved mine to the living room so when watching TV can use it.
  • I have a Garmin Vivofit and like it. Still learning all the features since the manual information that came with it was useless. Trying to get back into being more active.   • I started two weeks ago not eating after 6:30pm. Unless being out for a meeting or dinners with friends. What I have found is every day it been easier and thinking less about food at night. Then making myself eat breakfast which I don't like but it helps you burn more calories.

  • I love having hardboiled eggs in the frig. Enjoy them in salads or by themselves as a snack. Omelet with lots of veggies. And best of all they feel me up so I'm not hungry after.
