  • Me personally protein shakes as a meal replacement leave me feeling hungry two hours later. I only use them when I need to get in my protein, but even 2 scoops of protein powder in almond milk does not hold me over for 6 hours which is how long between meals. I end up needing a snack mid-morning/afternoon.
  • I'm all for the Dannon Oikos Triple Zero greek yogurt. 120 calories, 15g protein and 6g of fiber. I'll eat 1-2 of those every day.
  • I'm kind of boring with my salads, but I make mine with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits, shredded cheese and either ranch or caesar dressing. I'm also a fan of homemade Italian. Sometimes I'll dice up some chicken and add it to my salad. I love salads! :)

  • I can easily meet my fiber micro by eating whole grain bread, Dannon Oikos triple zero greek yogurt, rice, Fit and Active multi grain with flax flatbread. The yogurt has 6 or 7g of fiber. The flatbread I use has 8g. Of course fruits and veggies are a good way as well to meet your fiber goals.
