Although not as serious I have a surgery coming up on the 26th of June. It's actually an outpaitent thing. In on Friday and back to work on Monday. Just not sure when I will be able to resume the workouts i'm currently doing. I guess i really don't have much useful advice. Sounds like you're pretty much doing what you can.…

I take anti-anxiety medicine (who doesn't these days) and I think that causes weight gain.

lol I'm sure you guys are correct. I'm pretty new to all this myself. That's just the note I got the other day when I didn't eat enough, that I should get at least between 1000-1200 per day.

As long as you're getting, at the very, very least 1000 per day you should be fine.

JohnBarth I know what you mean. My tolerance has lessened considerably too, which I guess is a good thing. I normally drink Miller Lite beer but lately I have been drinking Lime Vodka with club soda. It's a little less calorie wise and actually pretty refreshing. Booombeeeem, just enjoy yourself and burn 'em off later. :-)

This has been problematic for me as well. I don't know how to log a Jillian Michaels video so I estimate the amount of cardio and then log in various ab exercises (as it's "Killer Abs").

I started with a 1200 calorie goal but quickly decided that wouldn't work for me so I upped it to 1300. I've decided that if by June 1st I haven't lost anything, I will scale it back to 1250.

I am not a diabetic and I have to urinate very frequently. I'm that way anyway, but with all the water I'm taking in it really is excessive.

That's good sudert. I know how the hunger thing goes though. I don't know about you but I'm a carb girl. I crave things like pasta and bread often. Another thing I've been trying to do is stay busy to keep my mind off of food. Hang in there. You're not alone.

How much water are you drinking in a day? Sometimes we think we're hungry when we're actually dehydrated.
