Since the start of january down 2.2 pds Not much but plugging away

So weighed myself throughout the week and I was less than this morning -but I do feel lighter even though Iβm just recording a -0.4pd weight loss. Need to stay focused! Drank 4 cups of water before going to sleep -I realize how much I need to hydrate. Wasnβt great right before bed but Iβm taking note of the water !

I'm at 168.4. I have to say--this has been one of the toughest challenges to get any pds off. The challenge this week if I can be really close to my diet and workout is to get as close as possible to 165. What is your current?
